This is a firm whose aim is to create a homey environment in the workspace. Aside from the reception area, there are no formal desks. Mirror with ribbons of pine line the hallways to create depth and bounce light in the absence of windows. Pine was chosen as the main wood because of its beautiful knots, which add variety and a decorative element. The sectioned office spaces were furnished with leather sofas and blue armchairs, an approach that treats the space more like a living room than a traditional office. Soundproof areas were created by eliminating corners and through the use of fabric. For visual consistency, pine ribbons are carried throughout the space. In lieu of windows, ceiling lights are used to layer light.
